I have looked after children of all ages over the years short term and long term, from 0 months to 12 yrs plus my own children.
looking after children is very rewarding seeing them grow and develop, and seeing the face light up when they have achieved their goal, or created something spectacular from the creative play,or tried and tried and kept on until they have achieved what they set out to achieve and knowing I am keeping them safe and they can play and learn in a clean safe environment, inside and outside, whilst they are in my care.
I work in partnership with parents with regards to children`s everyday care and children's learning and development I keep babies and toddlers in their daily routine as much as possible as it is important for parents so their children don't become unsettled when in my care and when the children are at home with their parents so we have a smooth transition.

My daughters been attending Emma’s since she was 11 months old and is now 2.5, she made great friends and always asks when she is going there next. Emma provides a lovely warm environment and my daughters development has greatly benefited from it. ( food is no stars as I provide a packed lunch )

Thankyou for your kind review you are an amazing parent,it's so nice we can work together in partnership for your childs welfare needs, learning and development, her care the time she is with me.
Emma is a fantastic childminder who is amazing with my daughter. My daughter started in September 2023 and has become so much more independent whilst being in Emma's setting.
Emma follows home from home which is great, as we are currently potty training and Emma continues this whilst my daughter is there.
We get updates throughout the day on how my daughter is and on collection a full update on how her day was.
My daughter is confident and happy when we drop her off, and she will independently go into Emma's setting and settle straight away and play with her friends.
Thank you for your care and continued support Emma.

Thankyou for your kind review it is a pleasure to work in partnership with you and your partner regarding your child's every day care needs and learning and development.
You are fantastic parents.x
My little girl has been going to Emma since she was 10 months old (16 months now) and she is outstanding. As a super nervous first time mum looking to go back to work, Emma was so helpful in arranging meetings and settling in sessions and I instantly felt relaxed and that Emma was the right fit!
My little one goes to Emma smiling everyday and Emma send daily updates and pictures of what she’s been up to.
I couldn’t recommend Emma highly enough!

Thankyou Sarah you are both very supportive parents .
Offered us a meeting and cancelled last minute after saying she had space and then last minute saying she didn't have anything. Should not be offering out appointments if you can't adhere.

I have explained there has been 3 nurseries and one child minder closed down in my area I have been trying to fit every one in there was no need for this review at all.
My ratio is very small I had filled all my spaces so I had to cancel all parents I had booked in I had tried to explain this to this parent I cannot offer spaces to everyone .
Unfortunately this one parent did not want to accept I could not accommodate her childcare needs .
My daughter has been going to Emma's since she was 8 months old, she's now 4 and getting ready to go to the big school. Emma is getting her all ready to start the big school with learning how to write her name, letters, numbers and getting her all independent. She absolutely loves going to Emma's. From the activities to the friends she's made throughout the years, I'm certain she probably likes going to Emma's more than our own home. Emma has been a godsend and I can't recommend her enough.
