My Experience

While at school I volunteered at the local primary school and worked with a primary 2 class, I also volunteered at rainbows for a short while working with girls from the age of 5-7.

I worked in 4 different placements whilst studying my college course ranging from the age 12 weeks to 7 years.

I worked in a private nursery from September 2016 - September 2018 working between the toddler room and the baby room, however I have worked some shifts with Tweenies and Pre-school.

When moving to London I became a live in nanny working with 3 children who are 7, 4 and 1. I took sole charge of the baby at 6 months however was doing extra hours with her to give mum some time from about 6 weeks old. I done this job from October 2018 until January 2021.

I then changed to a live out nanny doing a nanny share job. I cared for two little boys both around 1 years old when i started. I was in this job for just over a year and I loved it, it was great watching them grow together as they’re roughly the same age!

I have recently just finished a part time role which was with twins who were 3 months old when I started, I really enjoyed having them and to have been given the chance to gain some twin experience!

I now work 2 days with one family with 3 children, 9mo, 3&5 years old and work 2 days with another family with a 2&6 year olds
