About Me
My name is Lade. I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and a member of Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY).
I am married and living in a house with my husband and 1 of my 3 wonderful grown up children (both Ofsted checked). My eldest daughter is married and my son in the University.
Activities
I currently run a "home away from home" setting, offering various creative activities to help your children learn and develop. The centre is filled with numerous educational and exciting toys and equipment. Children are regularly taken to the park, library, museums, toddlers groups, farms, children centres and other places that children love, to have fun.
Location:
My setting is 5 minutes’ walk from Dartford railway station and 7 minutes’ walk from Dartford high street and about 7 minutes’ drive from Crayford railway station.
Facilities & Wellbeing
I have a room equipped with good learning materials, TV and toys. The garden with a slide, swing and other outdoor toys and equipment, Indoor and outdoor games. Dartford Library, museum and park are 8 minutes’ walk away.
I offer healthy meal for children of all ages, catering for any dietary requirements as may be stated by parents.
Hygiene of all children is my priority. All toys and equipment are cleaned daily to ensure germ free environment.
My Experience
My experience started with training my 3 children (now adults) - a Chartered Accountant, a BA Law degree holder and the baby of the house studying Mathematics in the university.
I have over 10 years of experience providing charitable childcare services for a local charity, helping to take care of children from 0-8. I treat all children in my care like I would mine, ensuring their wellbeing at all times, ensuring that every day at the centre is productive and supports their learning needs.
My desire to become a childminder was aroused having seen children (mine and others) I have taken care of becoming brilliant grown up adults. This fills me with joy and quite fulfilling! I am passionate about child-caring and want to do more.
My Qualifications
I am an Ofsted Registered Childminder and a member of Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years (PACEY). I possess a certificate on Safeguard and Promoting the Welfare of Children & Young people

I’m so glad we found Ms. Lade when we were looking for childcare for our children. She has been so wonderful with the children. Her nursery is like home away from home to my children. I would gladly recommend her to anyone looking for childcare for their child.
