About Me

My name is Gemma I live in the Laverstock area in Salisbury and I am Ofsted Registered. I Currently have vacancies for children of all ages and can offer before and after-school care for children who attend ST Andrews Primary School.

I come from 3 generations of childminders with both my Grandmother and Mum being registered childminders for over 17 years and now finally I have the opportunity to follow in their footsteps in what I see as an extremely rewarding career. I live with my Partner and our beautifully daughter who is currently 3 and Son who is 1 . My partner also has a 13 year daughter who we love to have come and stay with us regularly on the weekend and through out the school holidays. We Live in the Laverstock area offering a friendly and welcoming home from home. I have a large garden with a sand/water play area, playhouse, mud kitchen plus many more fun activity's. There is also a park just on my doorstep offering plenty of fun.

I visit on a weekly basis through out term times baby and toddler groups and regularly go on outings to various places such as the library, Sensory rooms, the cathedral, the park, the community farm, Mottisfont plus much more. On occasions these visits are accompanied by other registered childminders offering the children the chances to socialize with other children.

My Experience

I have been a registered child minder for 3years and have had plenty of experience from bringing up my daughter, son and step daughter plus I have often taken care of my nephews and goddaughters who's ages varies from 4 to 14.

I have also undergone work experience in Ladybirds Pre School.

My Fees

Childminding from £4.00 per hour

Rate will depend on hours and days and for full days I would normally charge a day rate.

I provide drop offs and pick ups at Gomeldon Primary School
