I am an ambitious, highly dependable individual with over 10 years experience of working with children and families as a Nanny. My experience to date has enabled me to develop an invaluable, varied skillset making me an ideal candidate for any Nanny role. I am a quick learner who is willing and eager to be challenged with a flexible and can-do attitude. I am very passionate about working with children to support their development and encourage them to flourish.
My Experience
I have lots of experience within the childcare field and I have worked with a number of different families from birth meeting a range of needs, including children with SEN. I have experience of multiple siblings, providing feeding support from birth, night nannying, weaning, potty training, managing transitions, organising schedules, PA assistance, family travel, homework & reading support and age-appropriate activity planning.
I have a degree in Child and Adolescent Studies which enables me to implement theoretical perspectives into my work as a Nanny and provide a safe, creative learning environment. I have an interest in child development and psychodynamic perspectives and adopt a very therapeutic approach.
I am also in the process of completing an Antenatal Educator course.
Most importantly, I am a kind, competent and highly organised Nanny who understands family dynamics. I am flexible with schedules, willing to travel and happy to muck-in where needed. I am a conscientious individual with a passion and enthusiasm for working with children and families.
