My Summary
About Me
I split my childminding life into two pieces- life before and after pandemic. Life "before" is the past and I am concentrating on life "after". I have to build my business up against COVID-19 to provide very good childcare service for children and their families.
I was looking for an inspiration, who was an excellent example for the childcare section in difficult times and I found it two! Maria Montessori and Emily Ward :) Both beautiful, inspirational and very good Early Years Leaders, who spent their whole life providing high standard in this sector. Maria Montessori with her hard work during the II WW and Emily Ward who funded the most popular college for nannies, Norland College.
If you know those two ladies, their method is close to your heart and you wish rise your child in similar way, I am here for you! I can support and help you with that!
I was graded Good in my last inspection (July 2022).
I am involved (only 12 childminders from Swindon) in a pilot project for National Literacy Trust called "Early Words Together for Childminders (Sep 2023). I am looking forward to implement all information gained at those courses and make my setting better for your child.
Thank you.
My Experience
As stated above, I was fascinated with Maria Montessori method and Norland College mission, so I have completed all available courses during lockdown with Maria Montessori Institute in London (AMI Montessori 3-6 Assistants Certificate, May 2021 and AMI Montessori 0-3 Assistants Certificate, December 2021) and Norland Online Courses (July 2021) at Norland College in Bath.
Over the lockdown I was attending the webinars, run by Sarah Neville. She is the "voice of a childminder" with Ofsted and helps us step-by-step with querries regarding current rules, new development matters. I was up to date on a regular basis and attended each webinar, so I haven't notice two years has gone. It's new knowledge and qualifications which I gained during the pandemic, but I don't regret any form of teaching mysef to be better childminder for your child.
I have received an Early Years Award 2016 from Swindon Borough Council for Inspirational Work to Support Children with English as a Second Language.
I become a Teacher Assistant Level 3 (2015) and teaching English as a Second Language Level 3 qualification from Stonebridge College (2017).
I am following the latest news from the Department for Education regarding New Development Matters and COVID-19 rules. I have completed all necessary courses and training for safeguarding (10 Sep 2021) from Local Authority.
Teacher remarks from Covingham Park Primary School for child who started reception in September 2021, 3rd week of attendance. The boy previously was child minded by me,he spent a whole lock down at my setting and I did funding session for him. Currently he is 4 years old:
"Today I sat with Shaheer while drawing on the carpet, he wrote the word duck. I was super impressed. I then asked him to read some more words. He could read all the words, well done. I am so impressed with his reading ability! He read a book to me from the book corner. Also, he wrote me a great sentence. We are starting our phonic teaching next week, he now needs to learn his lower case letter formation and learn the pure sounds of the letters rather than the letter names, we will help him write amazing sentences using the phonemes we are learning. He will need some extra reading and writing tasks too, I am so excited about what he can do!"
Feedback shared by the boy's dad, 16th September 2021.

I couldn’t ask for a better childminder than Aga. Since Isaac started with her, he has absolutely blossomed in ways that have brought so much joy to our family. Her gentle, attentive, and nurturing approach has given Isaac a place where he truly feels at home, making each day a new adventure and a chance to grow.
Isaac has not only developed a sense of independence but also a deep curiosity about the world around him, all thanks to the warm and stimulating environment she creates. She treats every child as her own, encouraging their unique personalities and helping them to thrive in their own ways.
Her daughter is also an incredible presence in Isaac’s life. She brings such warmth, energy, and kindness. She is also a great babysitter.
I’m so grateful for the love, care, and patience they both bring into Isaac’s life, and I wholeheartedly recommend them to any parent seeking a nurturing and supportive environment where their child can truly bloom.

Our little boy started his childcare journey with Aga at 1 year old. As a first time mum it took a lot to trust anyone else with my little baby but Aga made the transition as smooth and as reassuring as she possibly could with lots of updates throughout the day. He settled in beautifully within days and loved his time with her. Unfortunately, due to unforeseen circumstances we had to change the childcare setting to a nursery. Negative behavioural changes started to take over after 6 months and once we could we made the decision to get our little boy back under Aga’s care. We could see positive changes in his behaviour after one week and soon there were no negative behaviours or aggression. Aga offers a true home from home feel and cares for the children on one-on-one basis and works with the parents so your child has the best chance at development. All of the children Aga cares for are included in all sorts of activities from story reading to messy tray activities and lots of fresh air activities. Our little boy is now 2,5 years old and thriving better than ever! We’re forever grateful to Aga and we can’t recommend her enough!
We couldn't be happier with the welcoming, caring and friendly environment provided by Agnieszka. She made all processes / communications so easy and pleasant. We couldn't ask for a better person to help my boy develop and grow. childminder one in a milion !
Aggie is a fantastic childminder with lots of creative ideas. The activities always seem to be educational which is great. I am so pleased with the level of care you provide. It makes being a working mum a lot easier, knowing your child is in the best environment.
I wholeheartedly recommend Aggie
We have tried a nursery before we start using Agne’s setting. Our daughter didn’t accommodate there so we found the perfect childminder for her and this is Agne. She is very friendly, open and well looking after the kids she takes care of. Our daughter loves her, she doesn’t even cry when I drop her off, she is happy and well cared. They do lots of fun activities together. I absolute recommend Agnieeszka as a childminder. We can’t thank her enough for the care she provides for our little girl.
