My Requirements

Hello, I'm Lyndsey, mother to three beautiful girls aged three and a half and 18 months (twins). Our family now require a fun loving, warm and friendly full time nanny to work with us from early 2019 onwards. We will be moving to Horsham in January, and I will be returning to full time work from mid January.

The job will entail looking after and developing these 3 active, happy, inquisitive, and sociable children.

The main duties will include but not be limited to:
Nursery pick up and drop off
Arranging suitable pastimes and activities for the children
Undertaking developmental and educational play with the kids.
Helping the kids with their speech, reading, writing and numbers, learning to tell the time and date, and reading stories.
Preparing the childrens meals
Shopping for their needs when appropriate
Laundry and ironing of the childrens clothes and bedding
Keeping the childrens play area / toys / wardrobes tidy, clean and organised.

We are looking for someone who is really committed to working with our family long term, who is passionate about child development and play and above all someone loving and kind, who is prepared to dedicate the whole of the working day to the needs of the children above all else. To meet the needs of the role, we require the candidate to have a full and clean driving licence. The position is either live in or live out, and the pay will be dependent upon experience. The hours will be approximately 50 - 60 hours per week, Monday to Friday - but as my husband is a shift worker, we would need someone who can be flexible over which days they work and the hours that they work each day over the 5 days.
