About Me
We are a relaxed, loving family. Mum and Dad both work full time with flexibility to work from home.
We have two children, a 9 year old who needs picking up from the local school and a 12 year old who is a little more independent.
My Requirements
Hours: Term time 4 or 5 days per week (fewer considered) 3pm until 6:30pm (negotiable)
- Holiday hours negotiable
- There may be opportunities for extra hours and work if you are interested.
Job description:
You will be the after school carer for two friendly, kind, calm and confident children; a sister and brother aged 12 and 9. You will be a role model for the children. Your main duties will include:
School pick up - 5-10 minutes away and walk them home.
Play with the children, supervise basic homework tasks and chores and make snacks for them.
On some days take the children to their extra-curricular activities, including two activities which are a short drive away.
Supervise bath time, prepare a simple evening meal and get them ready for bed.

About you:
The children would like someone who is: “Calm, kind, friendly, loving and caring and not hot-tempered”
In addition, we would like someone who has a good imagination and enjoy spending time with the children. You will have the ability to cope with unexpected situations and stay calm under pressure and have lots of energy and stamina.
You’ll need to pass a background check and have 2 excellent personal references. You will need a full clean driving licence.
