My Experience

Over 15 years of experience in childcare, qualified, working in many environments with children up to 17 years old, my preferred age group are under 5 years old and I'm obsessed with child development.

My Qualifications

Childcare Qualification Level 3
As a Special Needs Teacher and a childcare professional I was able to experience a wide range of challenges, but also I had the opportunity to learn and experiment different strategies to achieve the following;

- Children’s independence i.e. Helps them manage personal belongings bedrooms, play
areas, school work as well as family, personal and leisure time (not domestic duties)
• Ensure, manage and promote the children’s health, safety
and hygiene
• Manage education (including tutors) communications with school, progress reports and assessment
• Manage all matters, including emergencies and unexpected events, calmly
• Solution orientated

Routines:
• Every evening prepare the children for school ensuring the children take responsibility for their bags, books, equipment and food are ready as required
• Ensure appropriate scheduling of tutors lessons, extra-curricular activities, leisure activities and play

School and Education duties:
• School collection daily
• Liaison with the children’s school in all matters
• Maintain full progress reports
• Weekly report to parents on school progress
• Represent the family as required in all parent/teacher (Friends of the School) events and activities
• Coordinate all other external learning activities and opportunities
• Plan, coordinate and manage attendance for additional learning opportunities such as concerts, theater, museums, exhibitions and similar events.

• Nannying from £17.00 per hour (net)
