Responsible for stepping in and acting as carer to young children when parents are not available. My responsibility were to look after twin girls age 8, also a little boy ages 4.

• Physical and verbal interaction with the child throughout the day
Reason of leaving due to being offer another job
April 2014-July 2015
This was a afternoon school run role between the hours of (3;15pm/7:30pm)

• Cared for a little boy ages 4
• Engaged the child with games and puzzles.

• Helping child with homework and school assignments
• Transporting child from school
• Promoted good behavior by using positive reinforcement method

My children are old enough to give their own feedback - they both really like Hailey. She is helpful and considerate, engages and communicates at the right level. She also has experience dealing with younger kids. Excellent timekeeping, reliable, tidy - exactly what you need in childcare or any other job. Very happy customer.
