My Requirements

LOOKING FOR SOMEONE TO START ASAP! WE LIVE 10 MINUTES SOUTH OF BATH, JUST OUTSIDE COMBE HAY. DRIVING LICENSE REQUIRED.

WANTED:

Happy, organised and tidy after school nanny/housekeeper wanted to look after our children (boys 11 and 8, girl 5).

I work full time as does my husband, but as the children are all at school we can be flexible on hours. Ideally 1/2pm onwards to have time at home preparing meals / doing laundry, tidying rooms etc before children are collected. But we’re up for discussion as we’ll be around most days.

ABOUT US:

We are a family of five, with two boys and a girl. We moved from London and then Bath. We both work full time, mostly at home but I go to London two days a week and my husband travels a bit.

THE JOB:

We’re pretty flexible with what we’re looking for, now that both of us are working from home more frequently and the children are at school. They finish school at 4/5pm, and they’re at two different schools so the school run is about an hour round trip.

We are looking for someone to be another pair of hands for me. In addition to my job I have a cushion brand that I run on evenings and weekends, so help is required for that too. We need someone who is going to walk in the door and just know what needs to be done; empty the machine, put a wash on, make the beds, wrap parcels, prepare tea, drop things off at the charity shop, pop into town to pick up some things from the shops etc etc. I have always been very much a team with my nanny, and it works because they have always been an ‘everything help’ rather than just a nanny. Getting on well and having open/honest relationship is imperative so we’re all happy!
