About Me
Hi, I'm Jenny. I live in Horsforth with my husband and daughter. I'm a happy, friendly person and offer a warm, friendly, home environment to the children and families I look after. I worked in financial services for 23 years and I have been a childminder for 7 years and absolutely love it! It's a very busy lifestyle but very rewarding.
My Experience
I'm an experienced mum and childminder. I have gained a wealth of knowledge and experience over the last 7 years working as a childminder, attending both face to face training and online training courses. I have the latest upto date training from Leeds City Council childcare support team and the Department for Education. I am fully Ofsted registered. Rated GOOD in October 2018.
My Qualifications
•Childminder registration and update training - all the latest training, guidelines, legislation and advice to give children a great start in life
• Paediatric first aid trained
• Safeguarding training
• Oral health training
• Early years child development training (Department for Education)
• Early years professional development programme - maths, communication and language, personal social and emotional development (Department for Education)
• Schematic patterns of behaviour - understanding how children learn, to be able to support development and offer an enabling environment

Hours of work - 8am to 5pm core hours
Friday - 8am to 4pm core hours

Starting from £6.00 an hour (core hours 8am to 5pm). Rate is dependent on age and number of days required
