My Requirements

We are looking for a nanny to join our busy family approximately 20-25 hrs a week to start in January (with flexibility on start date).

Location: We live in Crouch End within easy walking distance of several lovely parks, soft play, many local classes and very close to neighbouring Highgate.

Proposed hours: 1.30/2-6pm Mon-Fri during term time (we could make this 4 days a week if necessary). However, we have flexibility to offer more hours if needed, especially during school holidays.

Role: The role would primarily entail caring for our 13-month old little boy in the afternoon once he wakes from his afternoon nap including playing, developmental activities, trips out, as well as preparing and feeding his dinner. He doesn’t wake (usually!) until 3pm but we are hoping to find someone who enjoys cooking and would be able to do some batch cooking for him during that time when he is still asleep and catch up on any other general nursery duties.

We would love to find someone who:
• is warm and caring with a genuine love of their profession looking after children
• has experience of sole care of children of 12-24 months
• who is a keen cook and enjoys preparing fresh, nutritious meals
• who has a proactive, can-do attitude to help a busy family run smoothly.

Someone with a driving licence would be a bonus but not essential (no need for the nanny to have their own car).

Salary: Competitive salary commensurate with experience.
