About Me
I have lived in Ross since 2012 I moved here from my home town of Kirkby in Liverpool. I have two children age 15 & 17. I am an Ofsted registered Good childminder.I have a wealth of experience in childcare and can provide excellent references upon request. I adore my job and treat my minded children as family members. My priority is to make children feel as at home as my own family. This is such an important part of a child’s development to feel secure, welcome and equal to everyone else in my home. My Experience
I have worked with children for the last fourteen years. I have experience with behavioural problems and children with a statement . I believe all children should enjoy their early years and have a wide variety of learning through play . I like to enjoy the outdoors and have completed Wildplay training course .

My older daughter has been going to Hayley's for 2.5years and I have recently started sending my younger daughter.
I had never liked the idea of a Nursery setting and wanted my daughter to go to a place that is like a home from home and this is exactly how Hayley makes the children feel, like a member of the family.
Communication of the children's progress and learning is excellent and she explains the developmental milestones they should be achieving and gives advice on how to support your child through them following ofsted.
Throughout the day you will see what the children are up to and it is always something different from messy play, singing, going out for walks to the park and trips to soft play and the farm.
I cannot recommend her enough, if you want a setting that is supportive, friendly, educational & safe then Hayley is the perfect option.

As a teacher and a busy mum, I can only rate the quality of care Hayley provides as "simply outstanding". Like any parent, I dread the thought of leaving my child in the care of someone who will just dump her in front of a TV set. None of that with Hayley! My daughter goes for walks in the forest. She goes to the playground. She goes to the cinema and is always, in one way or another, kept stimulated. Hayley has also helped her greatly with her reading skills. She is very kind, very patient, and clearly adores children. She is always extremely mindful of compliance with Health & Safety regulations and provides the children with both good quality food and a healthy, clean environment. My child is treated as one of Hayley's family. It's like leaving her with a sister or a friend. Finally, Hayley is always happy to communicate with parents throughout the day, sending photos and updating them about her activities/whereabouts. In a word, she is childcare you can trust!
