My name is Mel I am a registered as a childminder in North Hykeham Lincoln
I am graded Good by Ofsted and I have over twenty years experience working in childcare in nurseries but I now run my own small setting from my home.
Our days are very busy filled with lots of learning opportunities at home plus we also visit local groups and soft play areas, parks and much more

NNEB and first diploma in caring

I work Monday to Thursday and
I can offer a babysitting by arrangement but rates are different than childminding fees

Mels looked after my daughter since just before her 1st birthday, and what can I say! Mels done a fantastic job.
Mels a very kind, caring, loving person who always adds that little bit extra, nothing is to much trouble when it comes to the little ones.
Even after starting school my daughter would always ask if she was going to Mels, she cannot wait for the school holidays when she can go back.
My daughters come on so much and was certainly ready for when she got to school.
All the hard work Mel puts in towards working to helping a child thrive is beautiful.
Mels setting is great, all the children love going, and got on very well.
We still stay in touch and will for a very long time!
