About Me
My name is Sonia, I'm currently working in a Primary school setting I work in the breakfast club with children coming in early I prepare certain foods and do activities until class start time. I have previously worked in care with children and adults and at day centres with the city and county council. Main duties was to take out individual service users out in the community to enjoy their hobbies and interests and support them with there daily activities. I have experience in housekeeping as I took care of a family who owned a large home and am wanting to help parents with any house work from cleaning to Ironing or cooking and child care. I worked in county council school kitchens for the past 7 years as a assistant cook.
I am very friendly and patient I love animals and have experience in dog walking.
I can cook Indian and English meals. I started care work in 2003 and worked a long time in care work. I enjoy sport so I play netball once a week.
My Experience
I have experience as a mother I have lovely three children of my own. I am very efficient and responsible and trustworthy I work very hard. Work well on my own and in a team. I have gained so many different skills from working in kitchens and care homes and care in the community, Iv gained good knowledge working for myself after running my own food business.
My Qualifications
I have gained GCSE , maths, english, childcare, science. Qualifications towards working with children with special needs,first aid,and pcp. Two food hygiene courses undertaken.
