About Me

My name is Frehiwot and I am an OFSTED Childminder. I have been a mother for over fifteen years now, and I have undergone training to gain qualifications in Childcare which includes EYFS, Teaching Assistance, Food Hygiene and I have also obtained my Paediatric First Aid.

I offer childcare in my modern home based in the heart of Wandsworth; I have two bedrooms, a big living and welcoming living room to have up to eight children with space remaining. I take pride in my home, and my home is always extremely clean in a very safe and welcoming environment. I have lots of fun and educational toys for the children to engage themselves with, which includes:

* Musical Instruments (great for singing, rhyming and circle time activities)
* Play Dough
* Cooking
* Sand pit (on our big and safe balcony)
* Dressing Up
* Painting and Creative Materials for Art & Craft
* Puzzles, Books, Board Games and many more

I am also very keen on engaging the children with educational activities to further progress their emotional, social and cognitive development, and to make sure they are happy and having fun! This includes literacy toys and mathematics toys (blocks, Lego, and auditory stimulation).

Furthermore, I can offer to take the children go out and about, as the parents and the children wish, we can go out daily to the park, library, or even to fun play centres.

I provide the children with fresh food and drink, which is focused around healthy eating. I am more than happy to accommodate to any specific dietary requirements the children may have.

Parents can also review pictures of their children so they can see the positive experiences that their children are having and each child will have a journal to track their experiences.

With being based in the heart of Wandsworth, we are blessed with being so close to bus stops, local shopping centre, parks and other amenities.
