Sian has looked after our two girls quite a few times now-they absolutely love her. She’s reliable, friendly and really trustworthy. We will definitely be booking her a lot more.

Sian was nanny to our two children, a boy and a girl, aged 3.5 and 1.5 for just over six months. And I don’t think it’s possible to explain the true impact sian had on our lives. She’s more than a nanny. She’s a friend, a guide, play expert and child chef all rolled in to one.
Both children have such a strong bond with sian and look forward to their days with her. Nothing was ever too much trouble for sian and it was such a relief and comfort knowing my children were content and safe in her care. Sian’s personal experiences with allergies was also a huge advantage and I felt very safe trusting that sian knew and understood my son’s dietary requirements.
Both children are now in nursery as it worked out best from a logistical point of view but my son still regularly talks about his days with sian and asks when he’s going to see her. Sian is one of a kind and I would have her back in a heartbeat.

Sian has been a nanny for my little boy since he was 6 months old. I don’t have enough words to describe how wonderful she is. Sian is wise, knowledgable and so caring and my little boy adores her. I keep saying that she is the best gift I have ever given him. Any family would be lucky to work with Sian, she has been an amazing influence on my little boy’s early years.

Helped me out when I needed care for my 2 v small ones whilst on a fortnightly course.
Both boys seemed v happy with her, and the toddler was stimulated by her imaginative activities.
I felt they were v safe and well occupied in her care, plus she did lunch for them.
Highly recommended

Sian was amazing with our under 2 year old little man. She managed to conjure lots of ideas to keep him entertained and stimulated through the day and even made dinner too!
A lovely, warm, caring and reliable childminder. We would highly recommend!!

Sian has looked after our little girl 2 days per week, and our sons aged 7and 9 after school since I returned to work after maternity leave. I cannot recommend her highly enough. I knew on meeting Sian that our children were in impeccable hands. Her kind, warm, softly spoken manner is endearing and our daughter thrived in her care. She is calm and unflappable and we are so grateful to her for her care.

We have Sian with us once a week to look after our 5 month old daughter and she is a delight. I never worry about leaving Elba with her as I know she'll be having a lovely time playing with toys, going on walks and getting plenty of interaction.
Sian has a very friendly and kind manner and as well as looking after Elba it is lovely to welcome her into our home.

Sian is reliable, kind and wonderful with my 8 year old daughter and 11 year old son. Sensible and unflappable, I cannot recommend her too highly.

Sian recently looked after our 3 and 4.5 year old one day a week.
Upon first interviewng Sian I was struck by how organised and knowledgeable she was, she asked all the right questions to ensure the children were safe and happy and treated them consistently with our family values.
She was fab and an instant hit with the kids. Sian collected our daughter from nursery spent the afternoon making yummy cakes and doing craft before picking our son up from school.
Sian is warm and loving, the children looked forward to their days with her and always reported having a great time.
When I came home from work I was met by happy children and a tidy house. One couldn’t ask for more.
I would say having Sian childminding was like leaving the children with a relative rather than an employee. I never had cause to worry and was confident that even if something did crop up Sian would deal with it better than I!
The only reason we no longer need Sian is due to a change in my husband’s work rota. That said I’m sure we’ll remain in touch.
