Worst decision ever. Wouldn't bother using her services unless you want the school ringing you telling you your child hasn't be collected. She hides away and goes missing for 72 hours when confronted and blames it in her phone charging. Irresponsible unproffessional. Since complaining to oftsted I am hearing she is not even registered correctly as she cares for children under 8 for more than 2 hours anyway I am self employed so I've lost income due to her mistakes and can't even get an apology. She needs sticking off her house ain't ain't fit for purpose!
