Busy, working parents to 8 yr-old girl & 5 yr-old boy in Beckenham, Southeast London.
My Requirements
We are looking for maternity cover for our fantastic nanny. To start immediately after February half-term (Monday 24/02/25), although preferably with some handover days before that. Until mid-June or July 2025, TBC.
We have one 8yr old girl (year 3) and one 5yr old boy (reception). Both fun to be around and full of energy! They have a good routine in place during school term time which we are keen to maintain as much as possible.
The basic hours are 06:30/08:00-08:45 & 15:15-18:00 (early starts dependent on when I’m away for work, specific dates can be provided), Monday-Friday, during school term only. This includes local school drop-off & pick-up. However some evenings will also be required (always scheduled well in advance).
Ideally you would drive and have your own car, (there are some after-school activities) although it is possible to do the school-run on foot.
Because of the unusual hours, a generous hourly rate will be paid. Alternatively, some additional hours may be available to help with household tasks (laundry/cooking etc) in the day and in the holidays if desired. Exact terms to be discussed.
