Jill, was caring for my son Leo since he was 10 month old, and she continuing now and he is nearly 3years old.
She has been and incredible PART of our family, he positive energy, kindness warmth made such a meaningful impact. Jill was very supporting and helpful when Leo has long covid and post covid complications. There were few complicated situation, and Jill were so kind, to help out with Leo if,her schedules allows her.
She has become really like a family to me here in UK and Leo absolutely adores and love Jill. LEO is always looking forward to their time together. Leo requested Jill's presence even on his birthday. Jill still works for us, and Leo usually asked evening before going to bed if Jill coming Tomorrow, the moment insay yes, he wake up in morning and run downstairs expecting Jill there or if he wake up earlier he will stand in window looking outside just to see Jill coming in.
Jill plays quite strong role in Leo's development, helping him to learn through nice and fun and creative activities, she encourage Leo when needed.
Jill is very reliable and trustworthy person, which have given me a peace of mind and I feel comfortable to leave Leo with her.
Jill understand Leo personality, know and follow Leo routine very well always.
Jill genuinely cares about her job and kids she looking after. She has great patience with kids.
JilI is one person from three other people who,I do trust completely with Leo.
