My Requirements

We are a friendly family in East Putney looking for a live-in nanny from Feb 2024, when our current nanny leaves. Our children are 6 and 8. We have had live-in nannies since our children were very small and are very happy to provide references from current / previous nannies.

Most importantly we are looking for the right fit with our family, so there is some degree of flexibility on what is written below, for the right person.

We would ideally like to agree with the nanny approximately 30-35 hours per week (across Mon to Fri). This would mostly be before and after school hours, with some additional light housekeeping duties.

We can be flexible on days / hours. So we could agree upfront to work around someone’s other commitments, for example, if studying or has another job.

Weekend work is not core to our requirements, but we have the flexibility to offer additional limited weekend work to the right person if that is important to them.

Pay depending on experience and actual hours agreed.

Ideal start early Feb 2024 when our current nanny finishes.

Sole care of the children during working hours.

We live in a lovely location – a quiet street but near various parks, shops and very close to transport (both East Putney tube and Putney overland station).

Nanny would have a double, light, en-suite bedroom with Juliette balcony at top of house with great views.

We need the nanny to please speak very good English.

We do not need a driver. No/very little travel required with the family.

We are a very open, communicative, friendly household.
