My Requirements

We are a professional couple looking for a meticulous, professional and well-organised Live IN nanny to assist with the care of our 4 children ( G7, B4, B3, baby) so experience with multiple children this age is necessary. A background in education is a must as it is experience with behaviour boundaries . You will also be required to help with maintaining the house, keeping it clean and tidy after the kids at all times, as well as cook healthy meals for the children. The role is full-time from 7:30am to 6:30pm Monday to Friday, and is based in central London. It is a very busy household so you must be a team-player and be able to work well with others.

You will be a hard-working nanny with several years of domestic experience, and preferably some experience of life in a busy family home. You must also be energetic, warm, friendly and genuinely love families and children. You will be mature, reliable, trustworthy, punctual and tidy. It is important that you speak good English. You must have a positive can do attitude, be flexible and be able to work around/with other staff in a professional manner. You must also be a non-smoker.

In return, you will be treated well, paid a decent salary and considered a member of the family/team. There may be a requirement to travel to Europe from time to time for family trips.

We would like to have an extended trial period of a week or two with a suitable candidate - to give both sides a chance to assess whether the candidate has the right chemistry to fit into the warm, loving, lively and productive household we strive to maintain.
