When I first visited Alison I knew straight away this was the person I wanted to take care of my 8 month old son. Her home was so inviting and well organised – the playroom is perfect for children of all ages with a range of captivating games, books and activities. Her garden has everything a child could wish for with a lovely play area, mud kitchen and different spots to explore. Alison herself is the kindest, calmest and most thoughtful childminder we could have ever wished for. The children my son has mixed with get along so well – he has made such special friendships with a truly delightful group. My son particularly enjoys mealtimes with the other children where he is always well catered for with lots of variety.
Alison regularly takes the children on trips out to the park, library and playgroups – the change of scenery keeps him entertained and active during the day. Alison does so much at home with the children to stretch their academic and creative abilities. Some of the craft work that my son has come home with has moved me to tears – I’m sure all my daughter’s crafts from nursery all went in the bin! Alison keeps you regularly updated with photos and updates via the ‘Baby Days’ app.
Alison really is one-of-a-kind – saying goodbye to Alison was one of the most emotional moments of my son’s life so far. We wholeheartedly recommend Alison to any families out there who are looking for a nurturing, attentive and consistently wonderful childminder. Our son has absolutely thrived in her care – you will not be disappointed.

I am very happy with the care that Alison provides to my two little girls one who is nearly 3 and one is a year and a half old. Alison has been looking after both of them in the day for 3 days a week since September and they are very happy with her. Every day they do different activities such as toddler groups, park visits and childrens farms.
Alison has already managed to teach my oldest daughter to write the first letter of her name. She has an organised and educational approach to her childminding and my girls bring home new crafts, pictures or baking everyday. They are having much more fun than they ever had at nursery and are learning lots too.
Alison provides a very caring family home environment and I would strongly reccommend using her services.
