My Summary
About Me
My name is Christine. I am a registered childminder in the Norden area of Rochdale with my 4 children aged 22, 20 ,17 and 10 . I follow the EYFS framework and achieved a GOOD grading in my last inspection in all areas of the EYFS. I provide a welcome and friendly atmosphere and I enjoy watching the children I care for reach their full potential.
I offer a range of stimulating indoor and outdoor activities with regular trips too playgroups, sure start, library visits and much more. In the school holidays we go on various trips to the farm, play centers, the beach, various parks and museums.
I have an enclosed back garden with various outside toys. We go outdoors as much as the weather allows as the children love being outdoors.
My Experience
I have been childminding for 17 years I am OFSTED registered. I have my own 4 children . I constantly update my training . I hold a level 3 in childcare and I am up to date with my first aid and safeguarding training.

Christine continues to be absolutely fantastic! She cared for my daughter previously, and now that my son is with her, we’re just as pleased as ever so wanted to leave a more recent review. Her setting is full of fantastic resources, so many varied toys and activities that keep the children engaged and happy. The outdoor area is amazing; she’s clearly invested a lot into making it such a lovely, stimulating space for the kids.
Christine also takes the children out regularly to play centres, toddler groups, and other fun outings, which my son absolutely loves. She provides a warm, caring, and safe environment, and it’s clear she genuinely enjoys what she does. I couldn’t ask for a better childminder — we feel so lucky to have her!

My son was only with Christine for two months as we moved house but Christine made the experience truly amazing. We had a difficult experience when settling him in to a previous nursery and this couldn’t have been more different. He was excited to be going to Christine within three days. You could see how attentive and how much work she puts in with her children because of how much he thrived in the short time he was with her. I couldn’t recommend her enough.

My little girl started with Christine 5 months ago and during that time she has come on leaps and bounds! Christine provides a home from home and also takes the children out to lots of places - they’ve been to the beach, soft play and she takes her to a toddler group every week.
Despite the fact that little one took a while to be happy at morning drop offs (Lockdown baby problems!) Every single morning without fail christine was calm, reassuring and took a lot of stress out of that situation!
We get a daily diary with photos of what my little girl has been doing, what she’s eaten, sleeps and nappies etc. Christine has lots of toys and a great set up, especially in the summer when they can make to most of the garden and toys!
Christine has a lovely family that gets involved with the little ones which is really nice too!
Couldn’t be happier and couldn’t recommend Christine enough!
