My Summary
About Me
I live in Old Windsor with my husband and have three older children of my own. I provide a loving and nurturing environment within which children can learn and develop at their own pace. We spend plenty of time outdoors and exploring our local area, including the local parks, Windsor Great Park, river walks and visiting children's group where we can socialise.
I have a playroom/lounge with lots resources that the children can access themselves and a large garden with a range of child friendly equipment suitable for all ages.
The children have opportunities to take part in lots of child-led and adult-led activities including painting, play-dough, building with many different resources and materials, sand and water play, role playing and much more. We read stories every day and enjoy our song times tailored for all ages.
I have wonderful relationships with all the families that I care for (many of which come back to visit once they have flown or during school holidays). Creating positive relationships with parents enables me to develop the perfect environment for the little people to thrive and, above all be happy.
My Experience
I have been an Ofsted registered childminder for approximately 13 years, receiving an 'outstanding' grading on all 3 inspections in that time. I have completed a BA Honours degree in children's learning and development (level 6 qualification) and have full and relevant safeguarding, first aid and food hygiene qualifications.

Numerous courses attended and completed in teaching, maths, outdoor learning, EYFS etc
My Availability
I can offer a number of flexible options that can suit individual families needs, including term time contracts or part time contracts. Please contact me directly for current availability. I do not work on Fridays.
