About Me

Hello there, my name is Lindsey.
I've worked with children since the age of 17.. firstly teaching theatre through education m&m productions, then leading on to working for
Disney as a character actor may seem glamorous! But no this was a very fun an exciting part of my working world interacting with children through character work where in return being pull and tugged and hugged by children believing I was a real life character! But it is here that I realised Working with Children was for me.
I chose to work towards an NVQ3 In childcare along working in a nursery, I did this for many years.
Currently I am now a nanny and have worked in the nanny industry for nearly 8 years.
I have a child of my own now who
Is coming up 5years old his name is Jesse and starting school at Keston primary school.

I currently work with a family of two children boy and girl I have very much enjoyed Working for this family and will be sad to leave but in the nanny industry time passes by very quickly and families needs change understandably due to the early years of parenting different dynamics come into play in which means it’s time for a nanny to move on to new family.
I am a single mum and have been warmly welcomed in bringing along my son to work with me which has been mostly appreciated.
I will be looking for a part time role to start from end of September this year latest and can leave sooner if needed.

-I love the out doors
-My studies of the performing Arts, is one of my big strength in what I can bring as a nanny.
I say caring for children brings entertainment.
If you engaged with children through entertainment on a daily to day basic then isn't that just one of the most important things you can bring into caring for children along side trust, caring, loyal, honest, reliable and flexible out going hard working,creative which I would say are my attributes.
