About Me
HELLO, my name is Lucja, 43 year old childminder and a mum to three wonderful children, two girls and a boy. I am originally coming from Poland and have been living and working in England for 16 years so I’m fluent in English as well.
I am Ofsted registered and have over 8 years of experience in childcare with babies and children up to/in school age. I have been working in different nurseries across London, as a nanny, and providing help with childcare around friends and family.
Working with children is my passion. I absolutely love being around children, and working with them and providing a safe and homely environment for them give me the great opportunity. I love to watch how children are growing and making the next steps in their development. I am fully aware that every child is unique and has their own peace of learning and understanding. all activities I plan are adjusted to children’s ages and stages of development and always help them to develop their full potential.
I am a loving, enthusiastic, reliable and fair person who is passionate about a healthy way of living; preparing only healthy, nutritious meals and being out and about a lot. Some of my favourite activities are singing, dancing, painting, and a messy play. All my work is based on the Early Years Foundation Stage statutory framework.

Lucja has helped to look after my daughter when she was 4 to 10 years old. I really appreciated how flexible and selfless she has been to help out in emergiencies or just when l was running slightly late from work. Totally reliable with her availability, anytime really. Her own kids are also friendly and welcoming to all.
Lucja takes a lot of care to provide a loving and homely environment for the children in her care. This includes spending time with them on interactive games, crafts and other fun developmental activities. She also takes care to provide healthy and varied meals.
Lucja has actually met Kate Middleton in person ( yes, the Duchess of Cambridge) at one of the parenting groups and they shared some childcare tips together!
I totally recommend her. Be quick to secure your place ;)

Lucja has been looking after my daughter on and off for several years. She is friendly, flexible and cares enormously for my child's welfare. She has a lovely home and 3 charming children who are extremely sweet and polite, a credit to her parenting skills. She has gently helped my daughter to expand her fussy eating habits with her home cooked healthy meals. She is well qualified to help children learn as she has worked in a range of childcare settings and she keeps my child occupied with creativity and playing games, not by putting the TV on as some childminders do. I highly recommend Lucja.
