Nikki has been a fantastic childminder and brilliant support to our family over the years. Our daughter was made to feel very welcome as soon as we entered the house and we were thrilled with how quickly she settled in - she was with Nikki & Anton from age 15 months to age 4.

The texts we received after we dropped her off reassured us she was comfortable and the consistent flexibility displayed was incredibly welcome. Arrangements inevitably don’t always go to plan and the ability to make last minute changes was something we knew were unlikely to be available in many childcare establishments.

Nikki & Anton provide a wonderful, safe and nurturing environment and the children learn so much through play and fun creative seasonal & educational activities and things associated with special days / celebrations. The daily diaries and photos were brilliant and always full of information of the children’s activities each day including food & drink intake, nappy changes and toilet visits. In addition, the yearbook encapsulating the key memories alongside all the early key stage developmental areas leave both an informative and treasured legacy of our daughter’s time with Nikki.

Nikki is extremely professional and always up to date with regulatory requirements such as health and safety, efficiently informative on our rights & requirements as parents and always ensured the children ate a varied diet of meals and snacks. The children were outside every day for fresh air, often to the local parks and enjoying regular trips to the library.

Our daughter made great developmental progress during this stage, always extremely happy in Nikki’s care and engaging with the other children. She made some wonderful friends and has grown into a confident, sociable, lively child and is happily continuing that progress by seemingly thriving at school.

We would both like to thank Nikki and her whole family enormously for the love and care they have given our daughter. Nikki, in particular, has been absolutely amazing and a genuine rock for us. We feel supremely fortunate that we found her and our daughter’s development has a lot to do with her hard work and commitment. We would have no hesitation in preparing testimonials, providing letters of recommendation or writing references for this outstanding service at any time in the future.

In short, we couldn’t have asked for a safer, more vibrant, educative and inspiring environment for our daughter to begin her life with and we feel extraordinarily fortunate.
