About Me
Hello!
6 years ago I've started my childminding practice called Marina's Happy Time Childminding and it has been and still is an exciting journey. Since then, we've made lots of friends, overcame many challenges and anxieties, created thousands of paintings and drawings, eaten tonnes of freshly made home cooked meals and given endless amount of cuddles and comforting words.
I'm happy I could support parents and their little ones with things such as settling in, potty training, creating healthy eating habits, language and communication, creating bonds and friendly relationships and more. I strongly believe that every child is unique and develops in his/her own individual way.
As a multilingual person ( I speak English, Russian, Polish and a little bit of Latvian) I love to be exposed to different languages and cultures. I'm happy to support children with English as Additional Language as well as introduce English speaking children to new languages.
Our daily routine includes, lots of arts and crafts activities, walks, trips, picnics, gardening, cooking, messy play and free play.
Our meals are freshly cooked daily.
OFSTED registered and inspected (November 2019), fully insured.
My Experience
As well as being a mum to my 2 children I've been childminding for 6 years now. I also used to babysit children in a past and I enjoyed watching them play, laugh and grow.

Thank you for sharing your opinion.
I understand it can be challenging for a 3 year old who's never been to nursery or childminding setting previously to learn new routines and boundaries such as going on a school runs, consuming food by the table rather then on sofa, sharing resources and not bringing toys/cosmetics with small particals (which could be hazardous to younger children) to the setting. As you said yourself Wiktoria just needs time to get used to it and I totally agree with you. I'm truly sorry it hasn't been achieved in her 5 visits to my setting. I hope she is happy and thriving in alternative childcare settings 😊
