My name is Amy, I'm 29 years old and I currently work Monday to Friday, term time only in a lovely pre-schoool. I have worked here since I qualified as an early years practitioner in 2012. I am a key person and the deputy manager. I throughly enjoy my job but am looking for a little extra income, that I can fit in around my job and my daughter who was born in October 2020.
I live in Bugbrooke with my partner of nine years, who works as a police officer for Northamptonshire police.
I enjoy being creative and arty, reading, going to the cinema, being outside, spending time with my family, skiing and fashion.
My Experience
I have worked in a pre-school as a key worker for the last nine years and I am also the deputy manager designated health and safety officer. Up until a few years ago I regularly collected a young boy from school once or twice a week for after school care, who I have been looking after regularly since he was born. He is now 13 years old! I also have my own daughter who was born in October 2020.
My Qualifications
7 GCSE's all A-C grade (please ask if you want specific grades and subjects. It has been a while since I did these...!)
Merit award A-Level art and design
CACHE Level 3 Diploma for the children and young people's workforce
Paediatric first aid trained
Health and safety in the work place
Food hygiene certificate
Child protection level 3
Up to date safeguarding trained
My Availability
I work Monday - Friday, 8.30-14.30, term time only. I am available for work after school hours and some weekends that fit around my partners shifts. This is something I would ideally like to be able to bring my daughter with me to as well.
