Before / After School / Puddleducks care.
We offer a full meal at breakfast/tea time, not just a snack. Lots of lovely activities, and down time if needed.
Babies/preschool:-
Qualified, Registered Childminder, and ex teacher of adults with learning disabilities - I try to create an informal, homely environment for the children in my care, whilst ensuring we follow the appropriate Early Years Foundation Stage development goals. We do things within the home and local community that the child may do with their parents:- cookery, trips to the park, Westonbirt, Slimbridge bird park, soft play areas and toddler groups. arts and crafts......I also like to encourage good manners; 'please and thankyou's etc.'
Any child with me all day will be offered at least 5 portions of fruit and veg.
My Experience
I used to help teach adults with learning disabilities .
I have 1 son.
My Qualifications
Level 3 Childcare diploma which is equivalent to 3 'A' levels. Plus 2 other 'A' levels, lots of 'O' levels and GCSE's......
My Availability
I offer a waiting list service for the days I'm full. Otherwise I'm happy to recommend another local setting.
