About Me
I am an ex primary school teacher and am now an Ofsted registered childminder working from Sandsend Road in Eston. My Ofsted inspection confirmed I am GOOD in all areas. I provide a caring home-from-home environment for children of all ages, taking them out to groups, activities and on trips and planning activities to suit their individual needs and interests.
School wraparound available for Whale Hill only.
My Experience
I have been childminding since June 2017. Before childminding I taught KS2. I have my own daughters born August 2015 and May 2018, so have experience of working with babies, toddlers, preschoolers and school aged children.
My Qualifications
BEd Early Childhood and Curriculum Studies
Primary PGCE
CACHE Level 3 in Home-based Childcare
My Availability
I currently only have Mondays and Wednesdays available for EYFS care.
I do have limited availability for after school care with collection from Whale Hill Primary School.
I do not offer half days working around the school nursery. I only offer full day EYFS care.

My Fees
- Childminding from £4.50 per hour
Full day rate of £40 (8am - 5pm) inc outings, drinks and snacks.
Please note I only childmind Monday to Thursday.

Helen’s childminding is absolutely fantastic! My little boy has been going to them since 9 months old! He absolutely loves going and has progressed brilliantly since accessing the setting. Helens childminding really is a home away from home. Helen’s childminding has been so accommodating and nothing is ever too much trouble! I can’t recommend Helens childminding enough!!!!

My 17 month old daughter has been going to Helen for a couple of months now, Helen has been amazing accommodating us and our needs, my little girl has settled in very well in such a short space of time! They always do different activities which is great for learning and development! Helen is always available to message and sends updates throughout the day!
