About Me
My name is Julie Blakely and I have been a Registered Childminder for over 23 years in the Girdle Toll area of Irvine in Ayrshire. I am a partner provider with North Ayrshire to offer the new 1140 hours funded childcare from August 2020 for children aged 2- 5 years, I can also offer blended care with Annick Early Years, this includes eligible 2's.
My Experience
I have always worked within the childcare industry. I am a qualified Nursery Nurse and worked in nursery for many years. I have been a Childminder for over 23 years working with children aged from 0 - 12 years.
My Qualifications
I have a SNNEB (Nursery Nurse) qualification. I have recently completed a Professional Development Award in Childhood Practice (Level 8). I am studying for my BA in childhood practice. I hold a current 1st aid certificate. I also hold a PASS certificate from environmental health to enable me to run a food business.

My Fees
- Childminding from £5.00 per hour
Fees differ due to the different types of contracts available. My service operates 47 weeks per year, fees for all year care are charged at £5.50 per hour. Term time only fees are £5.75. Fees include all meals, snacks, drinks and outings. I am registered with a number of voucher companies as well as the government's tax free childcare scheme to help with childcare costs.
