About Me

A warm, welcoming and fun home from home childminder setting. My home has a very safe and playful indoor space, it is a ground floor flat with an open plan kitchen and living room space. I have a very child friendly outdoor secluded balcony with lots of outdoor toys and a tuff tray which will have different activities every day! There’s a big range of activities the children can get engaged with in my setting such as, sensory play, creative activities, book corner, child led play, fine and gross motor skill learning, tuff tray activities, play dough, creative play, foam & water play, reading stories, baking cookies and cupcakes and so much more fun to be made!
We also have a park right opposite and other parks and outdoor adventures in walking distance. We do lots of day trips and fun outings to get the children out seeing animals, museums, woodland walk trails, parks, play groups, meeting up with other childminders.

I was previously a nanny for just over 4 years for twins, they were 9 months when I started and I also have my own son who is 5 now, so I have experience looking after babies. I enjoyed spending my time with the children helping them to achieve their goals such as crawling, walking, talking, writing, being creative, doing messy play all sorts of different ways to help the children learn new things! Since my mum is an outstanding childminder I would love to follow in her footsteps to help parents and their children. My last nanny role i enjoyed taking the children out for walks and I also took them on lots of days out to wild place, puxton park, old down country park, parks and many more places. We also had days in where we would do lots of creative things and imaginative play like role play!
