My Daughter, has been with kirsty since she was 12 months old. In my opinion she is an excellent childminder. This is both in terms of how happy my child is and how well she has developed under kirstys care.
She is very experienced, has a natural talent and empathy with children and has put a great deal of effort into developing her skills with a wide range of training courses.
She is very good at noticing which toys and activities she enjoys and lets me know
She is very observant about her development and good at keeping me informed.
She also provided a very healthy environment
Examples are:
• The high standard of cooking and range of foods – especially fruit and veg
• The amount of outdoor exercise she gets both outside her house and walking to school etc.
• She provides a wide variety of stimulating activities.
Kirsty helped me feel at ease leaving my daughter with her. I had severe separation anxiety due to the loss of my daughter prior to having scarlett. I was obsessive and compulsive about every aspect of my daughters life. Kirsty has done so much more for my family than just care for scarletts needs. With me feeling so at ease with scarlett being in such an amazing environment it helped us both to slowly overcome obstacles that had built up due to my obsessive behaviours. I have had other childcare for my older children throughout the years and nothing comes close to the care and attention that Kirsty has given and continues to give.

Kirsty is amazing!

From the first time we met her, Kirsty put us at ease with her kind, trustworthy and professional manner. We were apprehensive about changing childcare but I wish I had put my little boy with Kirsty from day 1.
Kirsty always has fun activities for the children to participate in. She will adapt her learning to each child and their abilities (and even their mood) which is fantastic.
Kirsty always keeps you up to date with what your little one has been up to throughout the day, we have had a few concerns regarding my Son and Kirsty had been amazing, she has even took on more training so she can understand and develop her knowledge to support his needs.
I would definitely recommend Kirsty to anyone looking for childcare in our local area. Her and her family are always welcoming and my son has thrived since starting.

Excellent

My daughter loved going to kirstys from the first day see sent foot in the door. Kirtsy doesn't just play with the kids she makes it fun and educational at the same time. Let's me know how she's doing through out the day and to see pictures of enjoying her self is great. I would highly recommend kirsty to anyone.

Excellent childminder at coulby Cubs

My son Harley has been with Kirsty since he was 4 months old , he’s now 2 and a half. Harley loves going to coulby Cubs, he always runs out the car all excited, Kirsty has always been very welcoming and professional and looks after Harley like one of her own.
I’m gutted that Harley won’t be going to the local school nursery when he’s 3 as I would love for him to stay with Kirsty but we live to far away.
I always recommend coulby Cubs to anyone who is looking for childcare as Harley has been so happy since joining and has come on so much x ❤️

Excellent

My daughter has been with Kirsty since she’s been 8 months old. She has always loved staying with Kirsty & still comes after school. She always asks to stay, when I pick her up and is always made welcome by Kirsty and her family. Kirsty makes such an effort to make sure all the children are happy and also makes learning fun. I would recommend her to anyone. After having my own issues leaving my daughter to return to work Kirsty made sure I was kept up to day with how she was doing and sent pictures to make sure I knew she was okay! Thank you so much for helping her learn and grow into the beautiful little girl she is :)

Home from home, caring and dedicated

Kirsty has been excellent with my “lockdown” baby. She has reassured me too as an anxious Mama. Kirsty provides me with lots of photos so I can see what my daughter is doing and always communicates with me so I know how she has been what’s she’s eaten etc. I’m so glad my daughter goes, she has a wonderful time. Lots of cuddles when she needs them and lots and lots of fun! Thank you so much Kirsty 10/10 A******

Fantastic service

Coulby Cubs is a fantastic child minding service. I used the service for my son for over 2 years. The service offered peace of mind for both myself and my son. From the fun activities, educational activities, regular feedback and excellent communication I always at ease. The fees were reasonable and the service was professional yet supportive. I highly recommend coulby Cubs. I know alot of parents who also use the service and have all had the same experience.

Excellent childminder

My daughter has been going to Kirsty since she was 9 months old and still attends 3 years later. I honestly couldn’t ask for a better childminder and I’m so happy I found kirsty, my daughter loves going and has learnt so much from her time there. Kirsty is so accommodating and really helps out if I need to make last minute changes and has always gone above and beyond to make my daughter feel welcome. I really can’t recommend her enough.
