At Mel Mel's Mini Treasures your little one can enjoy art/crafts/mark making/painting on large outdoor chalk board and easel .. puzzles/shape sorting/playing in the home corner or relaxing with stories and nursery rhymes in the reading corner.. We visit local areas of interest.. parks/beach/farm/sealife centre/library and toddler groups.
My Experience
I am an Ofsted Registered Private Nanny & Childminder based in Great Wakering. Before becoming a childminder I was employed as a Special Educational Needs Assistant alongside the SENCo in a school. I have experience of working with children with ADHD, Dyslexia and Severe Challenging Behaviour. I also worked independently with small groups of children with speech and language difficulties.

Mel looked after our two young children for the morning routine 4 days a week for 6 months. She was an excellent nanny. The children warmed to her immediately. She is kind, caring, punctual and trustworthy. All the traits for you look for in a nanny.

My daughter has been with Mel for a couple of months now and has formed such a trusting relationship with her. Mel offers great activities that are both educational and fun. She keeps meticulous notes on her progression and daily activities. It’s quite obvious that my daughter loves to spent time with Mel Mel as she calls her and she looks forward to going to childcare which is a real blessing. We have already noticed her confidence grow massively. Knowing our daughter is happy when we are at work is just the best feeling. Would highly recommend Mel. Xxx
