Melanie is such a friendly and kind lady, my daughter and me instantly felt so comfortable around her. Melanie is so easy to get on with, her kind and fun personality makes it so easy for you to feel so comfortable. Melanie has helped me out at such short notice, and even collected and dropped my daughter home. It was such an amazing feeling knowing that my daughter was safe and happy, as Melanie sent me updates throughout the day. My daughter was so chatty when Melanie dropped her home, she told me all about her time. I am so glad to have met Melanie, so grateful for your help at such short notice, Poppy absolutely loves you!
