About Me
Hi my name is Elaine and I am a Ofsted registered childminder with a degree in early years, gained whilst working in a mainstream school. I am insured also take funded children. I enjoy cooking and baking whilst also embracing outside learning.
I am passionate about working with children and offer a loving home from home environment full of fun and laughter to make the children feel safe and secure.
I am within walking distance of Danson Park, Bexleyheath Library and Crook Log. Activities are carefully planned to individual children's needs and next steps to facilitate learning.
I would like to welcome you into a large family home where your children will be warmly cared for.
My Experience
I have 20 years experience in education, ten of which was in early years. I have workd in a special school adding to my skills of facilitating children with severe and complex needs.
My experience working in the education system has given me extensive child development knowledge with the view to encompass meeting the early years framework, next steps and planning for individual needs.

I am happy to be flexible accommodating full and part time spaces.
Mon - Fri 7am - 7pm. These hours are flexible. Contact me to discuss.
I can drop off and pick up from Upton school as I am within 10 minutes walk.
Bexleyheath train station is also 10 minutes walk with free street parking.

My Fees
- Childminding from £8.00 per hour

I can offer 3 meals a day with snacks, following the healthy eating guidelines.

Elaine has been looking after my daughter Willow since just before her 1st birthday. Elaine goes above and beyond for Willow and as soon as we pull up outside I can see Willow’s face light up and cannot wait to get in! Willow enjoys her time with Elaine and every week Willow has always done something different which is think is amazing. Nothing is too much!
I could not recommend Elaine enough.

Elaine has looked after our son Josiah in her lovely home since he was 6 months old (he is now 15.5 months). We feel so lucky to have found Elaine, who is so caring and thoughtful. One of the things that makes Elaine so special I think is that she has chosen to be a childminder because she loves children so much (rather than settings where the childminder also looks after their own children etc.)
Josiah loves the days he has with Elaine, and he often comes home with various crafty things they have been doing together. Elaine is also attentive to any particular requests and needs that you have, and for example has supported our baby led weaning journey.
I honestly can't recommend Elaine highly enough (and have done so to friends, who also now have their children looked after by Elaine!)
