About Me
Hi, my name is Caroline, I live in Warmley Village, just off the A420, with my husband Paul who is also an Ofsted registered childminder, along with our daughter, Leanne, our pets Tilly and Jessie....along with fish in the garden pond.
We have been childminding since 2001, and were last inspected in December 2021 by Ofsted and were graded good with outstanding areas in our inspection.
We don't want to bombard you with too much information about us..so a little snapshot is that we live next to Warmley Forest Park, which is a lovely outdoor space that we utilise to the full...from picnics, playing pooh sticks, going for walks, den building, climb trees, have storytime, etc.
We have fun days out at places like Willsbridge Mill, Warmley Forest, Various Parks, etc
We like to think that we offer a nurturing, safe, fun, friendly and stimulating environment for children to learn and grow, into confident, independent little people, whilst following the Early Years Foundation Stage framework.
We do have a prospectus that we hope gives families all the information a family would like to know about us and our childminding services, if you would like a copy, please do not hesitate to ask.

My Experience
Along with caring for our own daughters, who are now 32 and 26, Paul and I have been childminding since May 2001.
We like to think we provide a nurturing setting for children. Allowing them to be children, where they learn whilst playing.

Both of our boys loved their time with Caroline and Paul - were so grateful for the great start they had there, preparing them for preschool and school. Such a fun, creative and wholesome setting where children clearly thrive. Our eldest particularly loved exploring Warmley Forest Park and being very active outdoors. They are wonderful childminders.

We know they will both thrive in their new and exciting adventures
Caroline & Paul have been looking after our daughter for the past two years and they have been absolutely fantastic! Myla has developed into such a happy, confident girl since going to them and she always tells me what a great day she’s had! Communication has always been great between us and they’ve been so supportive of Myla, especially when going through big changes in her life like becoming a big sister!
Myla is sadly leaving Caroline & Paul to start pre-school this month, and it is thanks to them for setting her up with the skills and the confidence that she is ready for this next step.
We will look forward to seeing them again next year with baby number 2 as there is no one else I’d want looking after my children!

This is actually my 2nd review of Caroline and Paul, my first was written in the first couple of months of my daughter being there. Isla has now been with Caroline and Paul for almost 2.5 years and we still believe that they are the best childminders that we could have chosen. Isla has become a very kind, considerate, caring and confident little girl. She has made some firm friendships and always comes home happy. We get daily updates on all the activities that they have doing, as well as food and behaviour updates. We can tell that they absolutely love all of the children that attend their setting. Due to person circumstances we are leaving them and I'm genuinely very sad about this. We will miss them.

We have enjoyed caring for Isla so much. She is such a funny girl with a beautiful energy. Monday just didn't seem the same without her. She is going to be missed by us all 😥
Our daughter started with Caroline and Paul in April this year, and she loves every minute. Her confidence just grows more and more every day. We cannot fault their level of care and information sharing. We're always kept up to date with any new skills learned or issues. Both Caroling and Paul are extremely lovely, they really put you at ease. Isla is so happy with them and we couldn't have wished for better people to look after our little girl.

We took our daughter to Paul and Caroline when she was 9 months old and had never been left with anyone other than us, but they mad us feel at ease and Olivia warmed to them straight away. They are a wonderful family with a lovely home. They are great with communication and go above and beyond to support your child's development. They have a very inclusive approach and offer so many resources to parents. Olivia is always eager to see them and is obvious that she spends the day in a nurturing environment. We are so thankful to have found them and cannot recommend them enough.
