About Me
I am a mom of two (ages: 3 years and 8 years) living in Hove with my partner. My partner and I both work full time from home in the fields of international development / humanitarian aid.
My Requirements
I am looking for a nanny/ babysitter for my two children (aged 4 and 8) who will be visiting from Sweden for their summer holidays. Approximate dates would be Monday-Friday from 8:30-17:00 from 16 June - 5 July, 24-30 July, and 5-12 August. Prefer to have one childcare provider who could cover all of the weekdays in this period.
Skills required: healthy vegetarian cooking, positive discipline techniques (no naughty step, no yelling/ threatening, no cry it out), and creativity to support a very active, goofy children. Prefer someone who can take the kids on lots of outings as we both work from home and need some quiet in the house. ease note our daughter does not watch television or play with any screens (phone, tablet, computer). Knowledge of gentle parenting, Montessori, gender equality are big advantages. Must be LGBTQI+ friendly.
