About Me

My name is Shanice, I am 27 years of age. I have lots of energy and enjoy doing fun and motivating activities with children. I would describe myself as reliable, flexible, bubbly and great with children.

My Experience

I currently work as a family support worker in the London borough of Waltham Forest. I have 7 years of child care experience ranging from working in children centres running play groups, before and after school babysitting for a family for 4 years, baby massage and voluntary work with children with special educational needs.

I have a great deal of experience in working with children to develop there learning and development through play. I am confident in engaging children in activities using the Early Years Foundation Stage guidelines to ensure they are meeting the prime areas of learning.

With my variety of experience I am a warm, caring and lovingly person who has the ability to care for children while supporting their educational development.
