I consider myself to be an active person who has a gentle approach and follows the lead of the child, when it comes to play and learning. I encourage and support children’s creativity and imagination; nurture their self-belief and confidence to become a motivated independent learner. Being an active outdoorsy individual I like to be in nature and would enjoy working with a family who is also environmentally conscious.
My Experience
I have been working in childcare for 12 years with children between the ages of 6 months to 8 years, however the bulk of my experience is with children aged between 2-5 years. My childcare practice is inspired by the Waldorf approach which is present in the environment, curriculum design and respectful communication and relationship I create as a key carer.
My Qualifications
I am a qualified Early Years Teacher with a BS in Business and Early Childhood Studies
My Availability
I am available to Nanny from mid November 2024. Babysitting can be arranged however 3 days notice prior is preferred.
