About Me
I am a local Childminder based in Moresby Parks, Whitehaven. I am fully insured, Ofsted registered (awarded good in 2017) and a member of PACEY (Professional Association for Childcare and Early Years.
I provide the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum in a quality and caring home-based setting for young children and their families within the local community.
I offer care to children from birth onwards, drop off and collect from Moresby Primary School and offer the 2,3 and 4 year old funding.
I work from Monday to Friday working from 8-4pm.
My Experience
I have been working with children for 22 years and have been Childminding for 14 of these. Whilst I was gaining my Level 3 Diploma in Childcare and Education I worked in the private sector and local schools. Once completed I moved on to work in a local Catholic Primary School. In 2009 I set up my Childminding business with the view of having flexibility to have and care for my own children at home whilst being able to work.
