Last minute let down

We were very happy to have chose Esther to take care of our 2 year old. We connected very well with her and she seemed amazing.

After three weeks and all terms agreed, out of the blue she says all the plans have changed and cannot take care of our child in the long term (only until the end of June) and if I could pick him up half an hour earlier (which I said several times before I could not do) so she could have lunch with her husband.

So now I have to rush and find some other childcare for my little one.

We have such great expectations and was so sad how it all ended.

Thank you for taking time to leave a review, I appreciate your 5 star ratings of my setting.
I am sorry that due to unplanned changes in my circumstances I couldn’t offer permanent care for your little one but feel that by giving you an 8 weeks option/notice, I didn’t in fact let you down last minute but accepted your decision to terminate our agreement with immediate effect.
I hope you’ll find suitable care for him soon!
