About Me
I run Nelly's Childcare based in Shiphay, Torquay close to Torbay hospital. I'm excited to be working towards my Curiosity Approach accreditation and have a beautiful setting to reflect my approach. We spend lots of time outdoors; painting in the woods, exploring the beaches and visiting local parks. I take the children on great adventures and we regularly go on trips to places such as Pennywell farm, the zoo and woodlands! My Experience
I ran the toddler room in a nursery, have fostered over 30 children including those with special needs such as autism, global developmental delay and speech and language difficulties and I've worked assessing parent and child placements. I'm a mum myself to three beautiful, cheeky children of my own!
My Qualifications
OFSTED registered childminder. Fully qualified nursery nurse. First aid. Safeguarding, plus many more courses attended. Childminding course.
