Hi!! I'm Virginia, 37 years old, bilingual, Spanish mother tongue.
I'm looking for extra hours as a BED TIME NANNY from 19:00 to 22:00 or a WEEKEND NANNY to help on Saturday or Sunday.
I'm a professional nanny with many years of experience and qualifications.
EXPERIENCE IN LONDON
I have been in London over the last 7 years, working for several families in the following order:
- 6 months looking after twins 5 years old.
- 1,5 years looking after 3 children aged 10 months, 2,5 and 5,5 years old.
- 3,5 years with a family doing two nanny shares with two other different families, one with each sibling.
- Since May 2023 I've been employed full-time with two monthly Fridays off.
It's really important to me to work for a warm family that shows love for the kids and takes care of the nanny too. We have to be a team! I'm naturally a caring person.
A family that trusts me and makes me feel comfortable having them around, but I also want you to feel comfortable having me there.
A family who wants to share their education, get involved and celebrate with me every new step in their children's lives. Someone who can take into consideration my experience and knowledge in this field.
I am honest, respectful, peaceful -happy, easy going and I can follow routines or create them. I believe that children need them to grow up healthy and feeling well and secure.
I like them to learn to be responsible, kind and affectionate and develop all their skills through playing, modelling, singing, talking, dancing and other activities according to their age and capability at that moment.
It's super, super, important to me that they feel safe, and loved, and that they have someone to count on, and to learn with, also manners, life skills, values and of course to explore and have lots and lots of fun!!! I deal very well with their frustration due to not having the ability to speak (in young children) giving them keywords to express their own needs, what reduces the crying wonderfully and calm them down. They are our best teacher.
I love what I do and the collaboration of the family with the routine and healthy boundaries is very important to me.
