My name is Hayley, I'm 48 and my ambition as a child was always to work with children, which i have been lucky enough to do. I have 3 children of my own aged 21, 23 and 27. From the age of 14 i would baby sit for neighbours and then after i had my youngest child i began my journey working in nurseries/ pre schools and gaining qualifications in 2005.
My Experience
I started as a 14 year old baby sitting for neighbours and then went on to have my own children. I used to help at a mother and toddler group and then when my youngest was 2/3 and started helping at her nursery / pre school in 2005 and went on to gain my qualifications and have also done home based childcare and am know a nanny to a 6 year old which i have looked after since he was 10 months old
