Five Star Nanny: Compassionate, dependable, trustw

Tina has been with our family for a full year caring for our two daughters, aged 5 and 8, four days a week. From the very first interview, we knew she was the right fit, and she has exceeded our expectations in every way.

Tina reliably picked up the girls from school each day — managing their bags, scooters, and everything in between. She has been incredibly punctual and dependable; I can barely recall a day she wasn’t here.

Our younger daughter can be quite emotional and prone to tantrums, but Tina handled her with patience, calmness, and understanding. She has a natural ability to connect with children, and her firm but friendly approach brought out the best in both our girls. We often found ourselves wondering how she managed to turn a tantrum into a moment of calm so effortlessly!

Tina is hardworking, creative, and made the girls feel completely at ease — they truly saw her as a second mum. She showed great flexibility, happily taking the girls to their various after-school clubs and activities. Though her main role was childcare, she often went above and beyond by helping with homework, cooking the occasional meal, and keeping the children's spaces clean and tidy.

We feel so fortunate to have had Tina in our lives this year. She’s a gem, and any family would be lucky to have her!

Fantastic reliable after school nanny

Tina was our after school nanny. We needed cover for the after school pick up until we finished work and our daughter couldn't have been in better hands.
Tina was always punctual and reliable. She took our daughter to after school activities, the park or library and kept her entertained each afternoon. She helped make our daughters dinner which was a huge help and also some evening babysitting.
Tina would always message us if she had any questions or concerns while looking after our daughter and was prompt to reply if we needed to communicate with her. We never had any worries and knew our daughter was safe under Tina's care

My kids love Tina!

Tina has been helping me with my 3 children since my twins were born prematurely in 2020. She has given me support and has been very helpful. She is honest, reliable and punctual. One of my twins has disabilities and and she is very kind, caring and patient with her. Prior to Tina I had never left my children with anyone other than family, but she feels like family now. My children love her and even though we couldn’t see her as much as we had hoped though the pandemic my children remembered her as soon as she was back. She is really lovely and she is capable of looking after 3 very energetic children so she deserves 5 stars!! Ps she prepares amazing food for the kids (and sometimes leave us a surprise in the oven for our dinner) I highly recommend! :)
