Emss looked after our 9.5month old daughter who has never been left with anyone else outside of our family. I was anxious but Emss kept me informed on how the baby was doing which was reassuring. Later, she sent me photos and a written summary of how my baby spent her day, which was so lovely! Emss is clearly very passionate and good at what she does. Thank you Emss for the positive difference you are making in the lives of the children and their families!
